Hello Dunn Family,

I would like to thank you for selecting me to receive the Linda Dunn Foundation Scholarship. I am honored to be granted this generous scholarship. It is evident that Linda valued her patients and advocated for the best care. My goal is to do the same for my patients.

I am currently in my last semester in the Dental Hygiene program at Florida Southwestern State College. I am excited to launch into the next part of my journey as a clinician. This field has given me the opportunity to help patients by kindly showing them how to enhance their oral health. I want to provide a comfortable atmosphere for my patients where questions are welcome.

In high school, I was not sure which direction to go with my education. I went to my dentist to get a cleaning and decided to look into dental hygiene. I did not know much about the field when I started, but I was excited to learn. In the first week of dental hygiene school, I fell in love with the dental field. I am so grateful for the opportunity to go through the dental hygiene program. The generosity of the Linda Dunn Foundation helped me through this journey!
